The Buyer shall have the right to terminate the Agreement and return the Products within 30 days from the date of dispatch of the Buyer's order.

To withdraw from the Agreement, on the basis of these records, it is necessary to send a communication to shop@martaray.it. In addition to the withdrawal notice, the Buyer is required to include the product that concerns the complaint, otherwise, it will result in an ineffective withdrawal.

The Purchaser may withdraw from the Contract, on the basis of these records, also by returning the Products to one of the Marta Ray stores.

Withdrawal from the Contract, based on these records, is only possible on condition that the products have not received a discount price at the time of purchase, have not been used, have not been destroyed or damaged and have the original labels.

In case of withdrawal from the Contract by the Buyer, on the basis of these records, the Buyer will receive a refund in the amount equal to the price of the Products for which he withdrew from the Contract. The refund must be made promptly, no later than 15 days from the date on which Marta Ray received the notification of withdrawal from the Contract together with the Products or when the Products are returned to the fixed store.

Returns from Italy are ALWAYS paid by Marta Ray while returns outside Italy are paid and managed by the customer after notification has been sent to Marta Ray at shop@martaray.it and refunded once the Products are received

CHANGE

Marta Ray does not provide for the possibility of exchanging one Product for another, except where the Product is IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT.

If you wish to exchange the Product, the Buyer should withdraw from the Contract in relation to the Product, then place an Order for another Product.
